Yuri hails from Raleigh, North Carolina, where he began his real estate career shortly after graduating from North Carolina A&T State University. Although his initial aspirations were to work in a law office or with a political action committee, life led Yuri down a different path. His journey into real estate began when he accompanied his best friend on a few home showings, igniting his passion for the field. Yuri’s career started at the front desk as a concierge, then transitioned into agent services.

Seeking broader opportunities, he relocated to Washington, D.C., in 2017, where he immersed himself further into the industry. There, he served as an Operations Manager, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of real estate transactions. This experience ultimately propelled him to earn his real estate licenses in D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina with sights set for South Carolina in early 2025. Yuri brings a level of personal care with the team. He prides himself on giving you the same advice he would give to any close family member or friend–only wanting to give you the best/most up-to-date information, so you can make the best decision in your situation.

In 2024, Yuri returned to North Carolina to be closer to his family and is now eager to help guide yours through the exciting and rewarding journey of real estate. In his spare time Yuri loves art, movies, a good book, live music, and sports (football and tennis), exploring the city (bars, eateries, museums, parks, etc), and traveling with family/friends. But if you catch him after work, you’ll likely find him at the gym, on the tennis courts or a bar/restaurant feeding his inner fat-kid.
