Throughout the rocky ups and downs of 2020, The Premier Team has remained grateful for the ability to continue to serve our clients. Our agents demonstrated their commitment to excellence through technical expertise, natural talent, and living by our Core Values. All of their hard work paid off! 2020 was a record-breaking year, both in transactions closed and company growth.
14 agents received a Club award from RE/MAX International, which is based on gross commissions earned in 2020. The Premier Team is incredibly proud of this achievement, especially in light of the challenges we all faced last year.

Additionally, RE/MAX International recognizes teams, and The Premier Team is honored to announce that we have achieved their highest award, the Pinnacle Award, based on commissions earned in 2020.
The Premier Team served 404 families, closing over $135M in transactions, incredibly, up 15% from 2019!
In addition to our fiscal accomplishments, The Premier Team is also grateful for the ability to expand our administrative team to increase support for our agents and clients. In 2020, we hired a Listing Courier who delivers your signs, brochures, and flyers; a Listing Coordinator to support behind-the-scenes administrative and marketing tasks; and a dedicated Social Media director to help promote our listings, share pertinent market information, and team happenings.
Despite in-person activities being restricted or cancelled, The Premier Plus program hosted two client appreciation events, Shred & Serve and Piesgiving. Through Shred & Serve, we partnered with Charlotte Rescue Mission, while providing a way for clients to securely shred old documents. At Piesgiving, we were able to connect and say “Hi!” to our clients and give away over 200 pies for your Thanksgiving table! We look forward to hosting these same events, and hopefully more, in 2021.
