Courtney has served many roles during her tenure with The Premier Team at RE/MAX Executive since its inception in 2006. Often referred to as “The Glue” of the team, Courtney plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of business operations, staff and agent support, and development and growth. Her passion for organization and efficiency empowers the entire team to provide top-notch service to its clients.

A native Charlottean, she is a graduate of both UNC Charlotte and the University of Tennessee. Courtney resides in Union County, and when she is not at work, enjoys spending time with her family and friends, spoiling her dogs, gardening, and co-owning a boutique floral design business.
