My experience as a Nurse and Personal Trainer over the past 16 years has only grown and enhanced my ability to help and accommodate people’s needs. My past military experience and raising 4 boys has instilled hard work, determination, and amazing work ethic that I provide to each and every one of my clients.
I have lived in the great Charlotte area for over 15 years. So I am very familiar with Charlotte and the surrounding areas.
